Perhaps you have always struggled in school and are now in college and still struggling. Maybe you had an illness or accident that affected your cognitive functioning, and now find that you are not able to keep a job or a significant relationship. Maybe you had a chronic medical condition that affected your memory and problem-solving abilities. These are some of the reasons that one may come to see a neuropsychologist.
The initial appointment is an information gathering session, in which Dr. Ayvazian will determine if testing will be helpful. if so, a testing appointment will be scheduled. Additional information might be gathered through collateral sources such as physicians, parents, significant others, or friends. Relevant documentation can also be reviewed.

Once testing is complete, a report is written that outlines the results of the testing, and provides a set of recommendations and referrals to enable you to address problem areas.
